- The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, prior to final delivery or launch
- Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services
All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise.
4. Project Scope & Revisions
The scope of each project will be defined before work begins.
Any additional work outside this scope may be quoted separately.
Reasonable revisions are included, but excessive changes or changes in direction may incur additional costs.
5. No Guarantee of Results
While Gigraph applies professional expertise and best practices, no specific results (such as rankings, traffic, or sales) are guaranteed.
Digital performance depends on many external factors beyond control.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Supply required content, assets, or approvals
- Communicate clearly throughout the project
Delays in communication or delivery may impact timelines.
7. Intellectual Property
- Final deliverables become the client’s property once full payment is received
- Gigraph retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio
8. Limitation of Liability
Gigraph is not liable for:
- Loss of revenue, data, or business
- Third-party platform issues (e.g. hosting, social media, Google)
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project at any time in writing.
Work completed up to that point will be invoiced and payable.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
